Using these properties or any other content on this app, except as provided in these terms and conditions or in the site content, is strictly prohibited. You may not sell or modify the content of this application or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use the materials in any way for any public or commercial purpose without the respective organization’s or entity’s written permission.

Visitors are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of the application, including, without limitation, (1) accessing data not intended for such a user logging into a server or account which the user is not authorized to access, (2) attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization, (3) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus or "Trojan horse" to the application, overloading, "flooding", "mailbombing" or "crashing", or (4) Sending unsolicited electronic mail, including promotions and/or advertising of products or services. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. The business and/or its associate entities will have the right to investigate occurrences that they suspect to involve such violations and will have the right to involve and cooperate with, law enforcement authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.

Visitors may not use the App Site to transmit, distribute, store, or destroy material (a) that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense or violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) in a manner that will infringe the copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of others or violate the privacy or publicity of other personal rights of others, or (c) that is libelous, defamatory, pornographic, profane, obscene, threatening, abusive, or hateful.

The User unilaterally agrees to indemnify and hold harmless, without objection, the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions/demands/liabilities and/losses, and/or damages whatsoever arising from or resulting from their use of Golden Duck or their breach of the terms.

User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased. Or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user's transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. The user agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action.

You can earn by installing apps that are listed in the offer list. After successfully installing the app, the offer amount will be added to the in-app wallet. You cannot receive the amount if you installed the same app before, which shows in the offer. Before completing the offer read the current offer Rule.

You can earn by referring to the app with your friend. when your friend enters your refer code and completes 3 offers, you get a referral amount( Check the referral page to know the current referral Amount ) on every successful referral. You can refer to your unlimited friends and earn a lot of money. Your friend also gets the amount by entering your referral code.

Some offers are available instantly. After completing all offers, you can wait for the new offers. You have also a Premium option. In premium, you get an offer on first-priority basics. When we add a new offer first receive an offer to premium users. In Premium, we Publish High Price offers.

Yes, we can change the offer price and discontinue at any time without any notification. It can vary from user to user also. For example, the same offer can be visible at different prices for different users. The Offer Price can Decrease or increase at any time.

It will be a Daily income plan here you can purchase a daily plan or complete daily work and earn 2000 to 3,000 Rs daily as the current offer. For this plan, you need to purchase this first, after buying you have 24 hours to complete the given post in video format. For example - The Plan Price - is 200 Rs, the Post you need to complete in 24 hours - is 500, The Per post income is 3 Rs, and the Total income in one day after completing work - is 1500 Rs. The amount will be added to your wallet after completing all given videos in 24 hours. This is just, for example, checking the live plan.

Between every post, the waiting time will be 1 minute to 4 minutes. You can Decrease waiting time from 1 minute to 2 minutes by purchasing a premium timer. 

You can not close the app during waiting time after the timer, the completed video will be counted as successfully watched. During the waiting time, a Full-screen Advertisement will be displayed every 10 seconds. When the Advertisement is displayed on the Full-Screen Timer will be stopped, After Cutting the Advertisement, the Timer start again from where it stopped.

If you failed to complete the given post in 24 hours. The plan will expire and you will lose your deposit amount. You have 24 hours to complete the given post from the plan purchase time. 

Once You purchase a plan you can not cancel or request to refund.

Typing Data and earning this feature is the main feature of our app. But it has strong rules to do. Let's understand all the rules step by step with proper explanation. If you are a non-Premium member of our app then for starting to experience this work, we give you 1 Rs per data till 10 to 15 Entry. After that, you can not work if you can not upgrade your account to Premium.

If you upgrade your account to Premium then you can do Typing work without any limit meaning unlimited work. We want to clarify here that we can not earn per data 1 Rs, but we give you 1 Rs per entry from our pocket to make your experience better.

One more thing we clear here is that We have no income from which data you entered. Yes, this is true. Now the question is then how we earn and pay you. To enter data is just a process of showing advertisements. We earn from ads and pay you 80% of our ads income.

When you enter data then we show some ads but these are not enough to pay you more than 5 to 10 paisa. We save just 1 to 2 Pessa per data. This is not enough to maintain app development and server costs or employee salary. After Premium per data, you can earn 5 to 10 Pessa.

The Premium Plan is for a lifetime, so you can earn a lifetime. you can ask why we do not mention at Premium upgrade time. The main reason is the negative impact of half knowledge. Only mentioned per entries 5 to 10 Pessa you can earn leaves a very negative impact suddenly. If you understand this wisely this is an amazing way to earn not in a day but slowly slowly. so we mention here with complete explanation. 

If we deduct any specious activity from your account like multiple logins at the same time, boat activity, Adblocker, or any activity that breaks our app rule or functionality. In this situation, we can permanently disable your account or stop all services of your account. You can not access your account or we can not release any amount related to your disabled account. Premium upgrade fee or any other type of fee can not be returned.

If you want to delete your account you can delete it from the app. But remember you never recover deleted accounts in the future. You can not register again with the same Phone number or email id.

We strongly recommend before purchasing any plan read all terms and conditions. Once you purchase any plan you can not cancel the plan or request to refund. if you pay for any plan or service but due to any reason the plan is not activated or services are not received the amount is deducted from your bank.

You can contact us through the Contact Us option and tell us your problem or send a payment screenshot, Our team review your concern within 48 hours and Update your plan or activate services on your account.

We never want our app closed or user-facing any issues with using our app. But we think positively or negatively on both sides. If in the future this situation comes then we can not release the wallet-earning amount.

We can refund the deposit amount of those users who have been active in our app for the last month. The deposit amount means ( which amount you pay for purchasing video plans or any services in the app.

If any user-facing problem using our app during work, the app does not open or the app crashes. But users have any  Premium plan.

Users' wallets have earning amounts. users complete half of the work, he want to complete but due to the app not working he is unable. In this condition, we will try our best to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the issue then we refund the user-paying amount, not the wallet-earning amount.

User agrees that neither Company nor its group companies, directors, officers, or employees shall be liable for any direct or/indirect or/incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for the cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased.

Or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user's transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

User further agrees that Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of service, including but not limited to direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

The user agrees that the Company shall not be responsible or liable to the user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall the Company's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to the Company, if any, related to the cause of action.

In no event shall the Company or any parties, organizations, or entities associated with the corporate brand name us or otherwise, mentioned at this Website be liable for any damages whatsoever (including, without limitations, incidental and consequential damages.

Lost profits, damage to computer hardware loss of data information, or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use the Website and the Website Material, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not, such organization or entities were advised of the possibility of such damages.
