         Terms and Conditions for Use of the Golden Duck App

(1) Important Notice Before Registration

We strongly recommend that all users read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with registration or using the Golden Duck App. These Terms outline the complete functionality, earning methods, rules, responsibilities, and restrictions of our application. By accessing or using this app, you explicitly agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree or are unwilling to follow the mentioned policies, you are advised not to register or use the app in any capacity.

All terms are transparently mentioned below—nothing is concealed or implied beyond what's written. Your continued use of the Golden Duck App confirms your understanding and acceptance of the guidelines stated herein.

(1.1) Eligibility and Parental Consent for Minors

By registering on or using the Golden Duck App, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use the app with the full knowledge and consent of your parent or legal guardian. By proceeding, you declare that such consent has been obtained. Suppose it is later discovered that you misrepresented your age or used the app without parental permission. In that case, the Company shall not be held responsible for any consequences arising from such actions.

Furthermore, if a minor makes any payment for subscriptions or premium services without informing their parent or guardian, the Company is not liable for any loss, dispute, or refund request. It is the sole responsibility of the user and their legal guardian to ensure compliance with these terms.

(1.2) Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. All users are encouraged to review this section periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of the application after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the updated Terms.

(1.3) Ownership and Use of Content

All logos, marks, trade names, visual elements, or content within the Golden Duck App are either proprietary to the Company or used under proper licensing. You are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, reproducing, publishing, broadcasting, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content within the application without explicit written permission from the Company. Any unauthorized use of this content constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws and may result in legal action.

Acceptable Use Policy

(1.4) Security and System Integrity

Users must not, under any circumstances, attempt to breach the application’s security system or perform any action that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of the platform. This includes unauthorized access to data, probing or scanning vulnerabilities, attempting to bypass authentication measures, injecting malicious software (e.g., viruses, Trojans), or interfering with server performance through overloading or flooding.

Violations may result in both civil and criminal liability. The Company reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in investigating such violations.

(1.5) Content Restrictions

Users are strictly forbidden from transmitting, storing, or distributing any content that is illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, pornographic, obscene, or that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. Any use of the platform to promote hate speech, discrimination, or threats is prohibited and may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of the user account.

(1.6) Indemnification Clause

By using the Golden Duck App, the user agrees unconditionally to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the user’s breach of these Terms or misuse of the application. This indemnity shall apply regardless of whether such use is authorized by the user or occurs through unauthorized access.

(1.7) Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the Company, its group companies, affiliates, officers, directors, or employees be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from your use or inability to use the services offered by the app. This includes, but is not limited to, damages related to lost profits, lost data, business interruptions, service unavailability, or unauthorized access to user information.

If any loss occurs due to service disruption, technical failure, or app suspension—whether intentional, inadvertent, or accidental—the Company shall not be liable beyond the actual payment received by the Company for the service or subscription in question.

(1.8) Earning Through Offers and Activities

The Golden Duck App provides a variety of opportunities to earn coins through completing specified tasks and offers. Users may earn coins by successfully installing third-party applications listed in the app’s offer section. Upon completing an offer, coins are credited to the user's in-app wallet. However, users should note that previously installed apps will not qualify for earning, even if reinstalled for an offer. Each offer comes with specific instructions, and users are expected to read and follow the rules associated with that offer to qualify for the reward.

In addition to installations, users can also earn coins by completing registrations or sign-ups on third-party websites or apps, as per the given tasks. Once the required action is completed, users are required to upload screenshots or video recordings as proof. These submissions are reviewed manually, and the reward is credited only after successful verification, typically within 24 hours.

(1.9) Referral Program

Users may also participate in our referral program to earn additional rewards. By sharing their unique referral link, users can invite others to download and register on the Golden Duck App. A referral is only counted as successful when the referred person not only installs the app but also upgrades their account to a premium plan. At this point, referral coins are credited to the original user's account. Users are allowed to refer unlimited friends and grow their earnings accordingly. Referral coin values may vary and are updated on the referral page within the app.

(2) Premium Account Benefits and Working Model

The Golden Duck App offers enhanced earning opportunities for users who upgrade to a premium account. There are two premium plans: Normal Premium and Titanium Premium.

(2.1) Normal Premium Plan

Upon upgrading to the Normal Premium plan, users receive unlimited typing work with a fixed reward of 55 Coins per correctly validated entry. Each entry follows a guided workflow of 10–20 interactive steps, with each step typically taking 5–15 seconds to complete. After completing the steps, a GD Code is revealed; the user must submit this GD Code together with their Name and City to receive credit. In Premium, the Name and City fields can be copied, but copying of the GD Code is disabled. The GD Code’s difficulty progresses from easy to hard while remaining understandable. Once the submitted data is validated as correct, 55 Coins are credited for that entry. An advertisement must be viewed after every submission to finalize the reward; skipping or failing to view the ad may result in the reward not being confirmed.

The Company does not monetize the submitted data; rather, the workflow exists to serve ads during the steps and after submission, from which the Company earns revenue. In return, the Company may share up to 80% of ad revenue with users in the form of Coins, subject to platform rules, fraud checks, quality controls, and ongoing compliance.

A strict Wrong Entry policy applies: every Wrong Entry (e.g., incorrect GD Code or mismatched required data) incurs a deduction equal to a correct entry’s reward (−55 Coins). The plan also enforces a Wrong Entry Limit. If a user exceeds this limit, their access to typing work is restricted. The user may reset their Wrong Entry count by paying a Reset Fee as displayed in-app; this enforcement is repeatable—each time the Wrong Entry Limit is exceeded, access will again be restricted until the Reset Fee is paid.

For platform integrity, the Company may adjust features, limits (including the Wrong Entry Limit and Reset Fee), and ad-view requirements over time, and may apply automated checks, manual review, device/geo controls, rate limits, and other protective measures. Users must read and understand this workflow and policy before starting or purchasing any plan; after commencement or purchase, the Company is not responsible for claims such as “the work was not satisfactory” or “I did not read the policy.

(2.2) Boost Income Feature

Premium users may opt for the Boost Income feature by paying a one-time fee. This permanently increases the per-entry earning rate by an additional 20 to 40 coins. However, with every 10 coin increase, an additional 8 to 15 steps are added to the code retrieval process, making the task more time-consuming.

(2.3) Titanium Premium Plan

The Titanium Premium plan is intended for users seeking high-volume income, with the opportunity to earn 500 coins (₹5) per data entry. However, this plan includes stricter and more complex conditions. Users must complete between 20 and 30 steps to retrieve a GD Code, and video advertisements are shown after every two steps. These ads will not be removed in the ad removal plan.

Unlike Normal Premium, the GD Code in this plan cannot be copied for free. Each user receives 5 complimentary “copy chances” upon upgrading. Once used, any further copy attempts must be purchased separately, or the code must be entered manually. Titanium Premium users also face penalties for incorrect entries—between 500 and 1000 coins are deducted for each wrong submission. If the wallet balance falls below 500 coins, no deduction occurs, but upon reaching a maximum number of wrong entries (between 20 to 70), the account is blocked from further participation in typing work, and the balance becomes non-redeemable. Additionally, the premium upgrade fee will not be refunded under these circumstances.

To regain access, users may pay a specified fee to “forgive” their wrong entries and reset their entry count. The fee amount varies and can be verified on the current rate screen.

Titanium Premium users cannot boost their income through the Boost Income feature. However, they are eligible to remove certain ads permanently for a one-time fee. This will remove video ads shown during coin collection and final timers, but not the steps required to retrieve the GD Code.

(2.4) Copy Chance Policy

While users may freely copy name and city information, the GD Code copy functionality is subject to restrictions. In Normal Premium, copying is allowed. In Titanium Premium, copy attempts are limited and regulated. Once the initial 5 bonus chances are exhausted, users may choose to either manually type the GD Code or purchase additional copy chances via the app. The rates for purchasing copy chances are dynamic and can be verified on the dedicated pricing page.

(2.5) Remove Ads Option

Premium users who wish to streamline their workflow and avoid video interruptions may activate the “Remove Ads” feature for a one-time fee. This feature only disables video advertisements associated with coin collection and the final step timers. However, the step sequence necessary to retrieve the GD Code remains unchanged, as these steps are a part of the work mechanism and not advertisements. Video ads can't be removed from the steps in this ad removal plan.

(2.6) GD Code Difficulty in the Titanium Premium Plan

In the Titanium Premium plan, the GD Code system has been deliberately engineered to be human-readable yet intentionally hard, balancing usability with strong anti-abuse protections. This design choice helps preserve platform integrity in light of the significantly high payouts (up to 500 Coins ₹5 per entry) available under this plan. Over time, we observed repeated attempts to exploit the workflow via scripts, bots, and third-party tools seeking to bypass the legitimate process and manipulate GD Code generation. Such activity causes material losses and threatens the long-term sustainability of the platform.

To counter these threats, GD Codes in Titanium are structured for people, not machines: the codes remain clear and understandable to genuine users, but they incorporate progressive difficulty, variability, timing checks, and anti-automation patterns that make automated extraction and submission highly unreliable. While this greater difficulty may require a bit more attention when entering each code, it is a necessary safeguard to ensure fairness and maintain a level playing field for legitimate participants.

Users who purchase a GD Code copy may receive temporary copy access under controlled conditions. At the moment of copying, the system activates a behind-the-scenes access key that authorizes the platform to safely present the GD Code to that specific user for a limited window. This mechanism keeps the experience usable for real users while preventing persistent machine harvesting or mass copying.

We acknowledge that buying copy chances can slightly reduce your net income per entry, but this trade-off is essential to preserve a secure, fair, and sustainable earning environment. Without these defenses, the platform would be exposed to widespread cheating and potential shutdown due to escalating losses.

Before purchasing the Titanium Plan, we strongly encourage every user to read and understand how this GD Code system works. The plan is designed for high and consistent earnings, and it pairs those benefits with equally strong protections against fraud. Your cooperation helps us uphold safety, fairness, and sustainability for the entire community.

(2.7) Daily Income Plan

The Daily Income Plan is an intensive earning program designed for users seeking high returns, with the potential to earn up to ₹3000 per day. However, this plan is time-sensitive and complex. After activating the plan by paying a specified activation fee (amount varies and can be checked in the app), the user receives a list of 800 to 900 tasks, primarily watching video ads and visiting partner websites. These tasks must be completed within 24 hours of activation. Failure to complete all tasks within the allotted time results in zero earnings.

It is important to note that earnings under this plan are not credited progressively. The full amount is credited only upon completion of the entire task list. Additional security elements, such as CAPTCHA codes or wait timers, may be introduced during the process to ensure genuine engagement. Statistically, only a small percentage of users can successfully complete this challenge. Users are advised to fully understand the difficulty level before activating the plan.

(2.8) Coin Value Policy

The value of coins within the Golden Duck App is dynamic and may vary depending on multiple external and internal factors. These include, but are not limited to, ad revenue rates from partner companies, user location, device type, internet connection, and regional demand. As a result, the exchange rate between coins and actual currency may fluctuate daily. For example, on one day, 10,000 coins may be equivalent to ₹1000, while on another day, the same amount may equate to ₹100, based on changing ad rates and regional analytics.

Users are advised to frequently check the current exchange rate of coins, which is visible on the “My Wallet” screen. It is the user's responsibility to verify the value before making redemption decisions. Coin value may differ from one user to another. For example, a user with a high-end smartphone and better network in a metro city may receive higher ad payouts than a user in a remote region with lower device specs.

The coin value initially displayed to a new user represents the maximum possible rate for their category at that point in time. This does not guarantee that the user will continue to receive the same value for the entire period. The actual coin value for each user is determined after an analysis period, during which factors such as the type, frequency, and quality of ads delivered to that user are assessed. This evaluation may take several days from the start of usage.

The final coin value applicable at the time of withdrawal may be higher or lower than the initially shown value — for instance, it could be ₹100, ₹200, ₹500, or even ₹15,000, depending on performance and advertiser payouts. Users must understand that our payouts are directly dependent on revenue received from advertisers. We cannot provide payouts from our own funds, and therefore, fluctuations in ad revenue will directly affect coin value.

By continuing to use the platform, you acknowledge and agree to this coin value determination process. If you are not satisfied with the possible fluctuations, you may choose not to proceed with tasks. Complaints raised later regarding lower-than-expected coin value will not be entertained, as this system is based entirely on advertiser-based revenue sharing.

Titanium Premium users are exempt from these fluctuations. For them, the value of coins remains fixed at 100 Coins = ₹1 regardless of external variables, thus offering predictable returns.

(2.9) Withdrawal System and Restrictions

Golden Duck App offers withdrawal flexibility to all users without mandating a premium upgrade for basic withdrawals. However, to maintain platform sustainability and prevent abuse, a tiered withdrawal system is enforced:

We would like to inform all users about the updated withdrawal system in the app:

  • First Withdrawal:
    Users can now make their first withdrawal with a minimum of 1,100 coins (this value is not fixed — please check the wallet screen for the current limit).
    There are no offer completion requirements for the first withdrawal — it is completely unrestricted and available to all eligible users once the minimum coin threshold is met.

  • Second Withdrawal:
    For the second withdrawal, the minimum limit is 68,500 coins (this value is not fixed — please check the wallet screen for the current limit).
    To redeem this amount, users must complete certain in-app offers. (for example, Offer ID 82)

  •  Offer completion is mandatory, and the second withdrawal will not be processed without meeting this requirement.

We appreciate your understanding as we implement these changes to ensure a fair and secure experience for all users. These updates are necessary to prevent misuse and maintain system stability.

From the third withdrawal onward, users will still be required to complete a specified in-app offer (for example, Offer ID 82) to proceed. This offer requirement remains active and may vary over time. The applicable offer is always displayed within the app interface.

Importantly, premium membership is no longer required for the third or any subsequent withdrawals — only the offer completion is necessary. This offer condition is a one-time requirement: once the offer is successfully completed, it remains valid for all future withdrawals beyond the third one.

These guidelines are in place to promote genuine engagement and fair usage of the earning system. All necessary instructions and offer details are always clearly provided within the app.

(3) Invalid Amount Deduction

Our platform shares up to 80% of ad revenue with users based on valid ad interactions. However, at times, certain technical or unintentional user behaviors — such as accidentally clicking a link or opening a URL where the actual advertisement fails to load — may still result in coins being credited to the user's account. While users may see these credited amounts, they are not always tied to actual revenue generation from advertisers.

In such cases, advertising sponsors often detect these invalid or non-qualifying interactions and deduct the corresponding revenue from our payouts during settlement. As a platform, we are not in a position to absorb this loss from our own resources. Therefore, to ensure a fair and balanced ecosystem, we apply an Invalid Amount Deduction during the withdrawal process.

The amount deducted may vary depending on the extent of non-qualifying activity and can range between 5% to 25% of the total coins being withdrawn. This deduction helps maintain transparency and sustainability for both users and the platform.

We remain committed to rewarding users for genuine engagement and ensuring fair distribution of earnings based on valid ad views. All deductions, if applicable, are clearly visible during the withdrawal request within the app interface.

(3.0) Captcha Job features a complete workflow 

This platform provides users with the opportunity to earn income by completing captcha-based tasks. It is important to understand that the platform itself does not generate revenue from captcha entries. All user earnings are made possible through advertisement income, and therefore, captcha work is structured in multiple levels. Each level has its own earning capacity, withdrawal conditions, platform fees, and rules for wrong entries. By registering and using this platform, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. The platform reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

At the default stage, every user is placed into Level 0, which is free and automatically activated. In this level, users can earn between ₹5 and ₹20 per day, with captcha rewards ranging from ₹0.10 to ₹0.20 per entry. Wrong entries do not attract any penalty, nor are they counted against the user. Withdrawals at this level are limited, with a minimum withdrawal threshold of ₹50 to ₹500, and a platform fee of 10% to 15% is deducted at the time of withdrawal. Additionally, users are restricted from withdrawing only under Level 0. Upgrade to a higher level for withdrawal.

Level 1 can be activated by paying an activation fee, the amount of which is displayed on the Activation Screen. At this level, users can earn significantly more, with daily earning limits ranging from ₹200 to ₹400 and captcha rewards between ₹0.50 and ₹2.00. Withdrawals are larger, with limits between ₹7,000 and ₹10,000, but platform deductions are also higher, ranging from 25% to 35%. Wrong captchas are strictly monitored in this level. Each wrong captcha results in a penalty of double the per-captcha value, and all wrong entries are counted. A user is allowed only 30 to 70 wrong entries (depending on current system limits). Once the maximum is exceeded, the work will stop, and the user must pay a reset fee to continue. The reset brings the counter back to 1, but the same conditions apply every time the limit is exceeded.

Level 2 requires a separate paid activation. Here, the daily earning potential is even higher, ranging from ₹700 to ₹1,200, while captcha rewards fall between ₹2.00 and ₹4.00. Withdrawal limits remain between ₹14,000 and ₹18,000, but platform deductions are slightly lower than Level 1, ranging from 20% to 27%. Just like in Level 1, penalties for wrong captchas are applied at double the per-captcha value, wrong entries are counted, and once the set limit of 30 to 70 wrong entries is crossed, work is stopped until a reset fee is paid.

Level 3 is the highest available plan and requires a paid activation. It provides the maximum daily earning potential, ranging between ₹1,500 and ₹2,200 per day, and captcha rewards between ₹5.00 and ₹8.00. Withdrawal limits stay between ₹22,000 and ₹27,000, with platform deductions ranging from 16% to 22%. The rules for wrong captcha penalties, counting, and reset fee requirements remain the same as in Levels 1 and 2.

For all paid levels, the wrong CAPTCHA reset policy is identical. Whenever a user exceeds the allowed wrong entry limit, they must pay the reset fee. Only after this fee is paid will the wrong captcha counter reset back to 1, enabling the user to continue. This process will repeat every time the wrong captcha limit is exceeded.

Withdrawals are subject to the minimum and maximum thresholds defined by each level, and all withdrawal requests are subject to applicable platform deductions. Users must also note that once a withdrawal request is made, it cannot be canceled. Processing times may vary depending on payment systems or banking procedures.

The platform holds the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user account that engages in fraudulent activity, misuse, or repeated violations of the rules. Users acknowledge that earnings are dependent on advertisement revenues, and all fees, commissions, and deductions may be adjusted by the platform. Current applicable rates and limits must always be checked on the Work Screen and Withdrawal Screen.

Remove Ads Policy

The platform also provides an option to remove advertisements from the captcha work. However, the Remove Ads feature is linked directly to the user’s current level and must be purchased separately for each level. If a user purchases the Remove Ads feature in Level 0 and later upgrades to Level 1 or any higher level, the ads will automatically return, and the user will be required to purchase the Remove Ads feature again for that new level. It is important to note that the Remove Ads feature only removes video advertisements shown during the captcha work. Redirect advertisements or navigational ads will still continue. Since each level is considered independent in terms of ad removal, the purchase of Remove Ads does not carry over when the user changes or upgrades their level.

By continuing to use this application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions, including the earning rules, withdrawal conditions, penalties for wrong entries, and the Remove Ads policy.

(3.1) WhatsApp Support

Many users may question why premium users are required to pay an additional fee to access WhatsApp support. We clarify that WhatsApp support is not available for free or for non-premium users. Even premium users must pay a separate support access fee. This fee covers dedicated response time and manual issue resolution by our team. It is a paid add-on service for quicker assistance and is not included with any premium plan by default.

For the third withdrawal, the minimum threshold is 65,000 coins. Before processing this withdrawal, users must again complete a high-value offer (Offer ID will be shown in real-time). This condition is applied once and is designed to verify consistent user engagement.

Please note that withdrawal eligibility and coin value are subject to real-time validation and may vary according to the user's account status, region, and other performance factors.

(3.2) Refund and Cancellation Policy

All users are advised to carefully read the Terms and Conditions before purchasing any premium plan or paid service. Once a payment is made, the transaction is considered final. Under normal circumstances, no refund or cancellation is allowed once a premium plan or service has been activated.

If you have made a payment and, for any reason, the plan has not been activated or the service is not reflecting in your account, you are required to raise a support request through the “Contact Us” section in the app. Along with the request, you must attach a valid proof of payment (such as a transaction screenshot). Our team will manually verify the details and activate your service within 48 hours if the claim is valid.

Refunds are issued only in cases where a technical failure prevents the service from being delivered and no alternate resolution can be provided.

(3.3) Application Downtime or Permanent Closure

While we aim to provide uninterrupted access to the Golden Duck App, there might be unexpected scenarios where the app becomes temporarily inaccessible or, in extreme cases, is permanently closed due to external circumstances.

If such a situation occurs, we clarify that wallet balances cannot be claimed or withdrawn, as these represent virtual earnings contingent upon app operations and ad revenue. However, in the event of permanent closure, users who have purchased premium plans or paid services within the last 7 days and were actively using the app may be eligible for a refund of the amount paid for those specific plans or services (not wallet coin value). Such refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

In the case of temporary app crashes or technical errors that prevent users from completing work, we will attempt to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If the problem persists and the user cannot complete work despite having an active premium plan, the paid amount (excluding coins) may be refunded upon proper verification.

(3.4) Account Suspension and Blocking Policy

To maintain platform integrity, the Company strictly monitors user activity. If any suspicious behavior is detected, including multiple logins from different locations, bot activity, use of AdBlockers, VPNs, or any breach of the app's functionality or rules, the Company reserves the right to permanently disable the user's account without notice.

In such cases, the user will lose access to their account and any earned coins. Additionally, any fees paid for premium upgrades or services will not be refunded. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy against violations to protect genuine users and maintain fairness in our system.

(3.5) Account Deletion and Data Removal

Users who wish to discontinue using the Golden Duck App have the option to delete their account directly from within the application. However, please note that once an account is deleted, it cannot be recovered in the future. Furthermore, users will not be able to re-register using the same phone number, email ID, or device. This is a permanent action, and users are advised to carefully consider their decision before proceeding with deletion.

(3.6) Limitation of Liability (Reiterated)

The Company and its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees shall under no circumstances be held liable for any loss or damage arising from service disruptions, loss of data, failed transactions, or unauthorized access. This includes loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, even if the Company was advised of such potential damages. The Company’s total liability, under any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for any specific service or plan.

(3.7) Disclaimer of Consequential Damages

Under no condition shall the Company, or its affiliates, agents, or partners be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including business interruption, hardware failures, data loss, or profit loss resulting from the use or inability to use the application or associated content. The use of the app is solely at the user’s discretion and risk.

(3.8) Amendment of Terms

The Company retains full rights to amend, update, modify, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice. All such modifications become effective immediately upon being published within the app or its associated platform. It is the responsibility of every user to periodically revisit this section and remain informed. Continued use of the app post-modification implies full acceptance of the updated terms.
